- To assess the present church planting projects within Wales.
- To encourage those presently involved in church planting ministry.
- To identify communities without a Gospel church.
- To identify men with a call to church planting ministry and appropriate gifts.
- To consider means by which financial support can be raised for church planting ministry.
- To developing ways to promote church planting ministry in Wales
In May 2011 we launched our "Gospel Churches for Wales" initiative.

At the Annual Assembly it was agreed to launch the "Gospel Churches for Wales" initiative. This involves a commitment to seek to plant new churches and to strengthen existing small churches.
