AECW Churches work together in local clusters for fellowship, evangelism and co-operation.
A number of Ministry Teams deal with the various ministries of AECW. These include church planting, evangelism, social issues and world mission.
Our next Annual Assembly will be taking place at Newtown Evangelical Church on Saturday 12 April 2012.

23.May.2011 New Missionary in Brazil from St Mellons Baptist Church
In February 2011 Paula Harris left Cardiff to go to Brazil. Paula, who is a member of St Mellons Baptist Church in Cardiff, will be serving with UFM in street children ministry in Belém in North Brazil.

23.May.2011 New Missionary from Emmanuel Evangelical Church, Newport
Jo McMillen, from Emmanuel Evangelical Church, Newport, is preparing to go to Brazil. She has completed a 2 year course at WEST and hopes to go to Brazil in October 2011. She will be working with UFM in street children ministry in Belém in North Brazil.

Gareth and Ann Thomas from Ebenezer Evangelical Church, Bangor are involved in a new ministry in North Wales - The North Wales Evangelistic Trailer. They work in conjunction with Siop y Gair in Aberystwyth.

15.May.2011 Report of AECW Annual Assembly and Conference
On 14 May 2011 Christians from AECW churches around Wales gathered at Newtown Evangelical Church for the AECW Annual Assembly and Conference.

15.May.2011 Gospel Churches for Wales
At the Annual Assembly it was agreed to launch the "Gospel Churches for Wales" initiative. This involves a commitment to seek to plant new churches and to strengthen existing small churches.

14.May.2011 21st Century Evangelicals - the Evangelical Alliance Survey
Earlier this year the Evangelical Alliance published a survey giving "A snapshot of the beliefs and habits of evangelical Christian in the UK." The research was undertaken by Christian Research and over 17000 people took part.

02.May.2011 Report of House Party 2011
This year's Annual House Party was held at Hebron Hall on the first weekend of May. More than 80 people, from 12 AECW churches, attended for the whole weekend with others coming on Saturday and Sunday. Once again we were blessed with sunny weather.

01.Apr.2011 AECW Missionaries in France
Since September 2005 Alan and Pat Davey, Gwilym and Catrin, from Christ Church, Deeside, have been serving in Bordeaux. Alan and Pat work with the UFM Worldwide team in Bordeaux in church ministry and student evangelism.

02.Apr.2010 AECW Missionaries in Cyprus
Both Ruth, who is Welsh, and Rob, who is American, grew up in Africa where their parents were missionaries. They met in boarding school in Kenya, and returned to their home countries for university. After obtaining their degrees, they married and settled in Newport, South Wales, where they are members of Malpas Road Evangelical Church. A short time after settling in Wales, God led Rob to Care for the Family (a Christian charity), where he worked as a graphic designer using his degree in Graphic Design and Interactive Multi-media Production.

ICI are very familiar initials that are about to take on a new meaning for AECW churches. No, we haven't entered into a sponsorship deal with the industrial giant Imperial Chemical Industries but are forming a spiritual partnership with the Independent Church of India based in Manipur, North East India.
